AI Chat Exporter: ChatGPT, Claude & Gemini

These terms cover your use of the “AI Chat Exporter: ChatGPT, Claude & Gemini” browser extension and this website (together, “the product”), made by CarryAll (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the product, you agree to them.
1. What the product does
The product saves chats from AI chat websites you use (chatgpt.com, claude.ai and gemini.google.com) as files on your computer. The free version exports one chat at a time. Pro (monthly or lifetime) adds features such as exporting many chats at once and exporting whole Projects, as described on the pricing section.
2. Your responsibilities
- Use the product only with your own accounts and with content you have the right to save.
- Follow the terms of the AI services you use (for example Anthropic's and OpenAI's terms).
- Don't use the product to break the law, harm others, or overload or interfere with any website.
3. Payments
- Purchases are processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record, which is the seller of record for your order and handles payment, taxes and invoices. Dodo Payments' buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
- Pro Monthly ($4.99 per month) renews automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; you keep Pro until the end of the month you've paid for.
- Pro Lifetime ($39, or the $29 founding price for the first 100 buyers) is a one-time payment. It gives you Pro for as long as we offer the product, including updates to Pro features.
- Prices are in US dollars and may include tax where required. We may change prices for new purchases; changes never affect a lifetime licence you already bought, and monthly subscribers will be told before a new price applies to them.
- Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Licence keys
After purchase you receive a licence key by email. It's for your personal use on your own devices. Please don't share or publish it. We may deactivate keys that are shared publicly, resold or used fraudulently.
5. Changes to AI websites
The product depends on how AI websites work. When a website changes, a feature may stop working for a while. We work to fix such problems quickly, but we can't guarantee that every feature will work at all times.
6. Not affiliated
The product is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic or Google. ChatGPT is a trademark of OpenAI; Claude is a trademark of Anthropic; Gemini is a trademark of Google LLC. These names are used only to describe which services the product works with.
7. Our ownership
We own the product and its code. You may use it under these terms, but you may not copy, resell or redistribute it, or remove the licence check.
8. No warranty
The product is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Please keep your own copies of important chats.
9. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
10. Ending use
You can stop using the product at any time by removing the extension. We may suspend Pro for anyone who breaks these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and significant changes will be mentioned in the extension's update notes. Continuing to use the product means you accept the new terms.
